October’s Featured Artist is Ilona Lantos, who captures “the intricate moment of the sacred feminine breaking through the veil of mystery and showering the viewer with beauty and illumination.” Lantos believes that creating art is a great tool for curating consciousness, self-expression and personal transformation and it should be available for everyone. “When I pick up the brushes and allow the creative spirit to pour out onto the canvas through colors, symbols, marks and inquiries, I can see the soul part of me that was invisible before,” she says. “This intentional yet intuitive method enables me to weave new life stories and be the co-creator of my future. For me painting is a sacred act of cultivating self-love and compassion towards others and learning about myself at a spiritual level.”
The Main Gallery presents a new show for September with members work in all media.
